Cancellation Policy

Siddhagiri Products believes in helping its customers as far as possible and therefore, has a liberal Cancellation Policy. Under this policy, cancellations will be considered only if the shipment has not been dispatched for the order placed with us via our website i.e. https://siddhagiriproducts.com/ (“Website”). Once the shipment has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction or a transaction that defines the terms and conditions of using the Website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders with/ without providing any notification to you.

How will I get refunded for the canceled orders and how long will this process take?

In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 7 business days after receiving your cancellation request.

  • For payments done through credit/ debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 7- 10 business days from the date of us receiving the products back. It may take an additional 7-10 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • In addition, we also provide the hassle-free option of a refund through Siddhagiri coupons, which can be used by you for your future purchases.

Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Our policy lasts 7 days. If *7 days” have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We only provide return/exchange of product if you get it in damaged condition.

Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
In case of approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact.siddhagiri@gmail.com and send your item to: Siddhagiri Math, Kaneri, Kolhapur, MH, 416234, India.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only possible in the following cases:

(a)   Cancellation of an order before being shipped; and

(b)  Cases where:

  • The customer refused to collect the delivery;
  • The customer wasn’t available during the stipulated delivery attempts made by our logistics partner; and
  • The delivery address was wrong/ unreachable.
